Boudina (also known as Boudena) is a goddess known from two inscriptions in Germany. Her name is derived from the reconstructed proto-Celtic root *bowdi- (booty, victory) and gives us the name Boudicca as well as the Cymric word buddugol (victorious).
The first of these, from Koblenz associates her with Smertrius and Vindoridius. The second inscription comes from Pantenburg and associates Boudina with Voroius and Alauna. Of these Smetrius is known as a god of war and his assoociation with Boudina may mean that she was also a martial deity; which would certainly fit with her name.
