Can I get all these PC Building Information in one Place?
There are over 25 pages of information on PCs and PC components (and growing) on this siteand information from all these pages are collected together in my Build and Upgrade your PC eBook.
Is the eBooks available as a single downloadable file?
The Build and Upgrade your PC eBook is currently available as a thank-you for anyone donating to my HOne Million People campaign and who sign up via PayPal (it's only $7 and you get to download the eBook immediately):
What's in the Celtnet Build and Upgrade your PC eBook?
The eBook contains all the information from the pages on this site that describe the components of a PC, how to choose those components and how to assemble them into a PC. That means all the text along with all the images so that you have a pictorial guide of a PCs components and how to assemble them. There are intorductory pages in setting-up the bios as well as an introduction to software. The eBook comes as a downloadable PDF file which you get for making a gift to help support this site.
PDF File?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format, a standard produced by the Adobe company. Once you have the PDF file you can use the Adobe Reader to view it at any time (without being on-line). You can also print all, or part, of it, and search it by keyword.
To view and print PDF files you must have the free Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To test whether your computer has the Adobe Reader, try to view this sample of Celtnet Recipes PDF file (if you have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer, clicking the link should cause it to open and display the free sample PDF file).
If the reader is not available on your system, simply visit the Adobe website to download the Acrobat Reader.
NOTE: The Celtnet eBooks are produced using Adobe Acrobat 5.0. They can be opened with the Adobe Reader 5.0 (or higher). Earlier versions of the Reader probably will not be able to open it. The current version of the Adobe Reader can be obtained — for free — at the link above.
Downloadable?
There are two ways to download the file to your computer's hard-drive: in a ZIP file, and in PDF form.
The ZIP file is a "zipped" or "compressed" version of the PDF file which can be "unzipped" to produce the PDF file. It is smaller in size and quicker to download. To "unzip" the ZIP file you must have unzipping software (such as PKZip or WinZip; check the websites for free trial versions of the software).
To download either format for the Guide to Spices and their Uses eBook, simply click on the eBay button below:
What Can I do with the eBook?
Once you download The Celtnet Information PDF file (via the the PayPal links above) you may keep it in your computer's memory, you may make copies for backup purposes, and, of course, you may read it and make printouts for your own personal use. You may also make printouts of individual pages to give to colleagues, friends, or students. The Celtnet Information PDF file is protected by copyright. You may not make printouts to sell. You may not distribute the electronic file in any form, freely or for payment, via any e-mail system, any computer network, any file-sharing system, by making copies on computer disk, or in any other way.
All the information is available from The 'Celtnet Information' website for free, so why should I pay for the PDF files?
There is some new information in the eBooks that is not on the website, but those pages are in the minority. However, it takes time and money to maintain this website and make it available to the public. Thousands of people visit The Celtnet Information website each month. Judging from our e-mail, many of them are students and teachers. You can help us continue to make all The Celtnet Information pages available on the World Wide Web. Other publishers display only a sample of their information on their websites and make you buy the book to get the complete collection. We have decided to put all of our information on our website, but we need your help to continue to do so.
If you would like to have all the information, you could print the pages right from the website, or copy and paste the recipe text into your word processor. There are over 140 pages when the information is all gathered together, so it may take you a while. And there is an ad or two on every webpage.
It is far easier to download the various eBooks from this site than to trawl the site and the eBooks are specific to Building and Upgrading your PC. There is alos no advertising in the eBooks.

Also . . . Please tell your friends about our website. If you have your own website, please include a link to Celtnet Information. And if you know any information that might be of interest, please consider sending this in. You will, of course be acknowleged. I can be reached on the contact page. Thank you.
Why does The Celtnet Information website have advertising?
The World Wide Web only seems free. It takes time and money to present The Celtnet Information site recipes and information on the internet. Some of the money needed comes in the form of donations, as described above. We also raise money by accepting advertising. Think about this: if you went to your local bookstore, it would be difficult to find a newspaper or magazine without advertising. You pay for newspapers and magazines, yet they still have ads. The Celtnet Information website comes at no cost to you, is it so strange that it should be partially supported by advertising?
Can I link to Celtnet Information from my website?
The answer is very much a 'Yes Please'. Simply copy and paste the text below into your web page to create a link:
<a href="http://www.celtnet.org.uk/info/">Celtnet Recipes Website<a>
It is even better if you can link to and support the 'Help Stefan Campaign:
Thank You!
The Celtnet partly relies on donations and fundraisers for its continued existence. Please consider a donation via PayPal to help us remain on the Internet. Simply type your URL and (brief) site description in the PayPal message box.
