Origin: Mauritius      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

2 large green mangoes, peeled and grated
1 garlic clove
2 chillies
salt

Mauritian Mango Chutney Preparation:


Method:

Place all the ingredients in a pestle and mortar or a food processor and render to a fine paste. Serve as an accompaniment to rice or fish.
