Origin: Kenya      Period: Traditional

Ingredients:

400g cabbage, finely shredded
100g carrots, cut into very thin slices
100g sweet onions (eg Spanish onions or spring onions)
50g green bell pepper, cut into strips
500ml onion soup

Saladi Preparation:


Method:

Combine all the ingredients, fluff the mixture up and divide on small dishes before serving.
